The Wall Street Journal reports that “[a] partnership of Newark-based Cor-10 Concepts LLC and the nonprofit Community Asset Preservation Corp. have submitted plans to construct a three-unit condominium in the Lincoln Park neighborhood with used shipping containers.”
Although the House passed the repeal, there are currently not enough votes in the Senate for repeal. Also, President Obama is expected to veto a bill that would repeal the estate tax.
